Espy Dog Friendly Notice
The Espy in Portobello has this notice up on the “dug door” making everyone aware (including you “PortyPerson” *clears throat*) that the lounge area is very likely to have either wee, or maybe even big dugs in it. The Espy (and Portobello) is one of our favourite dug places. For as long as I can remember the Espy has always had this policy – where dogs are allowed in the lounge / sofa area but not in the main dining area so nothing has changed with that. So following a negative tripadvisor review they are just making it clear to people who don’t like dogs that its probably not the best place to sit. Nice one!
